4 Position Titration System
Precision Made Simple
Position 1
The standard starting position. Prevents the jaw from falling back while allowing natural movement.
Position 2
Light pull forward. Titrate to this position if additional mandibular support is needed.
Position 3
Stronger pull forward with more restricted movement. Used when symptoms are severe or persistent.
Position 4
Maximum advancement, rarely needed. Strong pull forward, with limited opening permitted.
Two Band Options for Personalized Comfort
The airVata sleep appliance includes two interchangeable bands for maximum flexibility and patient comfort.
Pro Tip: Bands last 3-6 months, depending on the patient, and should be inspected regularly and replaced as needed.
Blue Band (Standard)
1.3mm thickness. Provides maximum mandibular support with firm positioning. Best for patients accustomed to appliance therapy or those requiring more structured jaw stabilization.
Green Band (Gentle)
1mm thickness. Allows greater freedom of movement with fewer restrictions. Ideal for patients new to appliance therapy or those who need a gentler introduction to mandibular advancement.
